Licence Period\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYour commercial licence is valid only while your Merchant subscription remains active and fully paid.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf your subscription expires, is cancelled or is terminated, your commercial selling rights end immediately. You must stop manufacturing, advertising and selling physical prints made from the licensed models and remove the Authorized Dealer badge from your shops and sales platforms.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou may retain the digital files for personal, non-commercial use unless you are instructed to delete them following a licence breach.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e4. Sales Platform Notification\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou must provide us with the full website address or profile URL of every platform on which you intend to advertise or sell licensed prints.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou must notify us promptly of any new, changed or additional selling platforms. Prohibited Uses\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou must not:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSell, share, upload, exchange, sublicense, gift or otherwise distribute any STL file or other digital model file;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSell modified, converted or remixed versions of the digital files;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003etransfer or sublicense your Merchant licence to another person or business;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAllow another person or business to manufacture products under your licence;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUse the models for mould-making, resin casting, metal casting, injection moulding or any other mass-production process;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUse the files or models in connection with crowdfunding campaigns without prior written permission;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eInclude the files in digital bundles, downloads, software, games, virtual products, NFTs or other digitally distributed products;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eClaim authorship, ownership or exclusive rights over the designs;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRegister any design, trademark or other intellectual property right incorporating the models;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRemove, obscure or alter any copyright, ownership or identification information supplied with the files; or\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUse the models for any unlawful, misleading or unauthorised purpose.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e7. Selected and Excluded Models\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis licence applies only to models specifically identified as being included in the Merchant Tier.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNot every model sold, displayed or released by Scale Model Figures or is included. Excluded products may include:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eScanned figures or scanned assets;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThird-party licensed content;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCommissioned or exclusive designs;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBranded, copyrighted or trademarked subjects;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eModels supplied under separate licence terms; and\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAny model expressly marked as excluded from commercial use.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhere a model’s individual licence terms conflict with these Merchant Terms, the individual licence terms will take precedence.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e8. Licence Compliance\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe may request reasonable information to confirm that your physical products, listings and sales platforms comply with these Terms.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe licence may be suspended or revoked immediately if you:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eShare, sell or distribute digital files;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eContinue selling after your subscription has ended;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUse undeclared selling accounts or platforms;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFail to provide the required attribution;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMisuse the Authorized Dealer badge;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBreach another material provision of these Terms; or\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEngage in conduct that infringes our intellectual property rights.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRevocation of the licence does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e9. Subscription Pricing\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMerchant Tier subscription prices may be changed by giving at least 30 days’ notice.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
